As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and developing innovative strategies to increase revenue and market share. Your proactive approach, strong communication skills, and ability to think strategically will be essential in achieving our business objectives and driving long-term success.

Responsibilities:

– Develop a growth strategy: focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

– Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

– Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

– Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

– Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

– Provide trustworthy feedback: and after-sales support

– Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

– Develop  entry level staff into valuable salespeople
