AI and Business Responsibility Discussed at FEFA Faculty Day
AI and business responsibility were among the main topics discussed at this year’s FEFA Faculty Day, where our CEO Ivan Pribićević participated in the panel discussion “Who Teaches Whom: Humans or Machines?”, together with Žaklina Teofilović, founder of Spark Hub Leadership Serbia and lecturer at FEFA Faculty.
The panel focused on the growing relationship between people and technology and opened important conversations about how organizations are adapting to artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation. As AI tools become more present in everyday business operations, companies are increasingly faced with questions related to decision-making, accountability, and the role of human judgment.
During the discussion, the speakers shared perspectives on how modern organizations use technology to analyze data, improve efficiency, and support business processes. At the same time, the conversation emphasized that technology should not replace human responsibility, but rather support people in making more informed and effective decisions.
One of the key conclusions throughout the panel was that technology itself is neither a threat nor a solution. Its impact depends entirely on how people choose to use it. Artificial intelligence can accelerate processes and provide valuable insights, but responsibility for decisions always remains with individuals and organizations.
The discussion also highlighted the importance of educating future leaders who will work in increasingly digital business environments. Students and graduates entering the market today will be expected not only to understand technology, but also to approach it responsibly, ethically, and strategically.
