AI Day for C-Level Leaders: Practical AI Applications for Business Leaders

AI Day for C-Level Leaders: Simplify’s First Exclusive AI Event

AI Day for C-Level Leaders was the first Simplify event dedicated to exploring the practical application of Artificial Intelligence in business. Held on May 14, 2026, in the unique setting of the Deurić Winery cellar, the event brought together ten executives, business owners, and decision-makers for an open discussion on how AI is reshaping the way organizations operate.

The idea behind the event was simple. Rather than organizing another large conference filled with predictions and high-level discussions, we wanted to create an environment where business leaders could openly exchange experiences and discuss real-world challenges. By limiting the number of participants, we were able to encourage meaningful conversations, ask deeper questions, and focus on practical business outcomes.

Throughout the event, participants explored concrete examples of how organizations are already using Artificial Intelligence and automation to improve efficiency, support decision-making, and optimize business processes. The discussion was not centered on technology itself, but on the business value that technology can create when applied to the right challenges.

Why the AI Day for C-Level Leaders Was Different

One of the defining characteristics of the AI Day for C-Level Leaders was its format. With only ten participants around the table, every attendee had the opportunity to contribute to the discussion, share experiences, and learn from peers facing similar business challenges.

The intimate setting created an atmosphere that encouraged openness and collaboration. Instead of listening to presentations throughout the day, participants engaged in conversations about their own organizations, current priorities, and the opportunities they see for AI adoption. This exchange of perspectives became one of the most valuable aspects of the event.

Many of the discussions revealed a common theme. Regardless of industry, leaders are asking similar questions. Where should AI initiatives begin? Which processes offer the greatest potential for automation? How can organizations ensure that technology investments deliver measurable business results?

Practical Examples and Business Conversations

A key focus of the event was demonstrating how AI can support real business objectives. Through practical examples, participants explored different approaches to process automation, operational efficiency, customer experience improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

Rather than discussing AI as a future possibility, the conversations focused on what organizations can achieve today. Participants examined examples of how companies are reducing manual work, accelerating internal processes, and creating better experiences for both employees and customers through the use of AI-powered solutions.

The discussion also highlighted that successful AI initiatives require more than technology. Understanding existing processes, identifying clear business goals, and ensuring organizational readiness are often just as important as selecting the right tools.

Building a Community of Business Leaders

For Simplify, this event represented much more than a single gathering. It marked the beginning of an initiative aimed at connecting business leaders who want to explore the practical side of Artificial Intelligence through open dialogue and shared experiences.

The positive feedback and level of engagement throughout the event confirmed that there is significant value in creating opportunities for leaders to learn from one another. As AI continues to evolve, conversations like these will play an important role in helping organizations navigate change and identify opportunities for growth.

We would like to thank all participants for their trust, valuable insights, and active contribution to the discussion. The AI Day for C-Level Leaders was an important milestone for Simplify, and we look forward to continuing these conversations at future events.
