We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and support projects focused on business process analysis, optimization, automation, and AI-enabled digital transformation. In this role, you will work closely with clients, business users, technical teams, and automation specialists to understand business needs, analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into practical digital solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, understands how business processes work, and is interested in automation, Power Platform, AI, and agentic AI concepts.
Key responsibilities
Analyze business processes, workflows, user activities, and operational pain points.
Work with clients and business users to gather, clarify, and document business requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, optimization, and automation
Prepare process documentation, functional specifications, user stories, business requirements, and solution concepts.
Support the design of automation and digital solutions, including workflow automation, reporting, and AI-enabled use cases.
Collaborate with Power Platform developers, RPA developers, AI specialists, and other technical teams during solution design and implementation.
Support testing, user acceptance testing, documentation, training, and continuous improvement activities.
Help evaluate automation feasibility, business value, process complexity, and implementation risks.
Requirements
Experience in business analysis, process analysis, process improvement, digital transformation, or a similar role.
Understanding of business processes, workflows, data flows, and operational efficiency.
Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and functional solution concepts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with process mapping, documentation, workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering.
Interest in automation, AI-enabled solutions, and digital transformation.
Fluency in English.
Nice to have
Experience with process optimization methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar approaches.
Knowledge of process modeling tools and BPMN notation.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
Understanding of workflow automation, RPA, system integrations, APIs, SQL, or data structures.
Previous experience working on automation, low-code/no-code, AI automation, or digital transformation projects.
Understanding of agentic AI concepts, such as Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and others.
