Design and build business applications Senior Business Analyst to join our team and lead business analysis activities on projects focused on business process improvement, automation, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams to understand business needs, analyze complex processes, define improvement opportunities, and translate business requirements into clear solution concepts.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in independently leading business analysis activities, facilitating client workshops, managing stakeholders, preparing high-quality documentation, and supporting the delivery of automation and digital transformation projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across process improvement, automation, digital transformation, and AI-enabled projects.
- Independently plan, organize, and facilitate workshops, interviews, process analysis sessions, and requirements gathering activities.
- Analyze complex business processes, workflows, operational pain points, data flows, roles, systems, and business rules.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, simplification, automation, and AI enablement.
- Define business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and solution concepts.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams, including Power Platform developers, RPA developers, AI specialists, and integration teams.
- Support the design of automation and digital solutions, including workflow automation, reporting, process orchestration, and AI-enabled use cases.
- Assess automation feasibility, business value, process complexity, implementation risks, dependencies, and expected benefits.
- Lead communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives, user needs, and technical delivery.
- Support project planning, prioritization, testing, UAT, deployment, documentation, training, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior business analysts and support the development of business analysis standards, templates, and best practices.
- Contribute to initiatives involving Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and agentic AI concepts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, process improvement, digital transformation, automation, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in independently leading business analysis activities or smaller projects from discovery to implementation support.
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, data flows, business rules, roles, systems, and operational efficiency.
- Experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, and documentation preparation.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements.
- Experience working with technical teams during solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, align different perspectives, and drive decisions.
- Interest in automation, AI-enabled solutions, agentic AI, and digital transformation.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with process optimization methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Design Thinking, or similar approaches.
- Knowledge of process modeling tools and notations, such as BPMN.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
- Understanding of workflow automation, RPA, process orchestration, system integrations, APIs, SQL, or data structures.
- Previous experience working on automation, low-code/no-code, AI automation, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience in preparing business cases, feasibility assessments, ROI estimates, prioritization models, or automation opportunity assessments.
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, or similar AI-enabled tools.
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts, such as AI agents, tool orchestration, human-in-the-loop validation, autonomous task execution, and integration with business workflows.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts or defining business analysis standards, templates, and ways of working.
