You will learn the basics of process mapping and its importance for improvements, different types of maps (flows, swimlane, value stream) and techniques for documenting the current and future state. The focus is on analyzing bottlenecks, inefficiencies and finding opportunities for improvement. Through practical exercises and work with the software, the participants gain knowledge immediately applicable in practice.
The training is intended for process analysts, quality managers, members of improvement teams and anyone involved in process documentation or redesign.
