Lean is an approach to business process management that aims to eliminate losses, increase value for the user and improve workflow through simple but effective tools.
Lean thinking training is ideal for anyone who comes into contact with the Lean philosophy for the first time. The focus is on understanding the basic principles of the Lean approach and recognizing losses in everyday business processes. This training provides a theoretical basis and easy examples of the application of the tool, without the need for previous knowledge.
The training is intended for employees of all sectors regardless of position, without the necessary prior knowledge of Lean methodology; everyone who wants to gain a clear insight into the basics of effective business.
Training duration – 180 minutes (one day). The training is divided into 4 segments.
01 Lean thinking and basic principles (30 minutes)
From activities to processes: the differences between processes and activities
Lean basics and value analysis: value vs non-value activities, 9W
Mini-exercise - marking losses
02 Recognition of losses - 9W (50 minutes)
A detailed explanation of the nine types of losses
Effects of losses on quality, time and cost
03 Group exercise: Waste Walk (40 minutes)
Identification of losses on examples from practice
Joint discussion and analysis
04 Lean in everyday work (60 minutes)
Reflection and opportunities to apply basic concepts in one's own environment
