Six Sigma is a data-driven process improvement methodology that uses analytical tools and a structured approach (DMAIC) to reduce variation, eliminate errors, and increase efficiency.
This training provides an introduction to the Six Sigma approach and is used to acquire basic knowledge of identifying problems, understanding customer needs, and using simple tools for process analysis and improvement. Through the training, participants are introduced to terms such as VOC (Voice of Customer), CTQ (Critical to Quality), basic statistical concepts, cause and effect diagram, as well as the steps of the DMAIC cycle. The goal is to empower participants to recognize opportunities for improvement in everyday business processes and actively participate in improvement initiatives.
The training is intended for all employees who want to gain a practical understanding of the Six Sigma methodology and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives. Prior knowledge is not necessary.
The duration of the training is 1 day (300 minutes). The training is divided into three parts: 90, 120 and 90 minutes.

The role of the Yellow Belt profile in the team
02 Defining the problem and understanding the user:
Identification of problems in the process
VOC and CTQ analysis

03 Basic measurement and monitoring tools:
Data types and basic metrics
Process map and step identification
Fundamentals of performance control and monitoring
