This one-day advanced training provides detailed insight into the architecture and integration of IA within business systems, assessment of opportunities for automation using advanced tools for process analysis (Process & Task Mining), as well as insight into real-world examples and frameworks for scaling IA programs. Attendees will understand the role of governance, compliance and risk assessment in automation implementation, and learn how to collaborate with IT and automation teams to transform business needs into IA solutions. The program includes an advanced overview of AI models for decision-making and prediction, IDP for working with semi-structured and unstructured documents, NLP and the integration of chatbots in operations, as well as practical demonstrations and simulations of the use of IA.
