Business Process Management (BPM) is a methodology that helps organizations understand, analyze and improve their business processes.
Participants of the training for the advanced level will receive an upgrade of the already existing basic knowledge related to the management, mapping, optimization and automation of business processes. This training, designed in two days, gives the participants a broader picture of advanced process modeling (BPMN 2.0), analysis of value streams and identification of losses in their daily business, process metrics and performance improvement, as well as a more detailed insight into modern technologies and tools that serve to improve processes (intelligent automation, application of AI and others).
The training is intended for everyone who wants to improve their knowledge of process management - from employees to managers, in all business sectors. Participants should have basic knowledge from BPM training - Basic level.
Training duration – 2 days (180 minutes each day): The training is divided into four equal units – each lasting 90 minutes.
