Our process optimization training comprises a comprehensive series of workshops designed to elevate participants' knowledge in the domain of optimization. Process mapping, covered as the first phase, employs the BPMN 2.0 methodology, while tools and techniques for optimizing workflows are explored on the second day of training. In addition to the Lean methodology, participants gain insights into tools that contribute to successful optimization. Change management represents the final phase of the training, as each optimization introduces a change in work processes and is inherently complex to implement.
