Participants will learn how to use SIPOC diagrams, model processes in the Bizagi environment, identify KPIs, apply the principles of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies,
as well as to explore the possibilities of process automation. Through hands-on sessions led by experienced professionals, attendees will acquire skills to analyze, optimize and improve day-to-day operations. The course includes practical examples and interactive discussions that help participants become more efficient and ready for modern business challenges.
This training is intended for anyone who wants to gain a practical understanding of business processes - from employees to managers - in all industries. No prior knowledge is required.
