Business Process Management (BPM) is a methodology that helps organizations understand, analyze and improve their business processes.
BPM WorkShop training is a highly interactive form of training, during which the basics of recognition, management and process optimization will be covered. The goal is to through a large number of practical examples
and interactive exercises, participants learn all the necessary steps by which they could optimize and improve their daily business.
During the 150-minute duration of the training, it is desirable that the participants ask questions as much as possible, participate in discussions and present their proposals, which encourages the effectiveness of the training itself.
The training is intended for everyone who wants to gain a practical understanding of the process - from employees to managers, in all business sectors.
No prior knowledge of this field is required to attend this training.
Training duration – 1 day (150 minutes). The training is divided into three parts, lasting 45, 50 and 45 minutes.

Mini-exercise - marking losses
02 Process mapping and visualization (BPMN 2.0):
Introduction to BPMN notation and flow modeling: task, gateway, flow
Exercise: Modeling the "as-is" process: work in pairs or groups,
spotting errors in the flow and redundant steps
Discussion and comparative analysis
03 Process metrics and management

Explaining the role of IA and RPA tools in modern processes
Overview of key tools: RPA, AI/ML, orchestration, process modeling
